Overview
This used 40ft refrigerated container, or reefer, stores or hauls chilled and frozen goods like produce, fish, and meat. As a high cube, it stands a foot taller than a standard reefer and so holds more.
It comes from fleet service and gets checked before sale, so it's ready to go into cold storage or transport service.
Specifications at a glance

Frequently asked questions
When does a used 40ft high cube reefer make sense?
It adds bulk cold storage at lower cost for distribution, agriculture, and seasonal or event use. You get 40ft of insulated capacity without paying the price of a new unit.
What should I expect from a used reefer?
This is a working unit from a former fleet. It's checked before delivery, and the refrigeration machinery runs to temperature. Cosmetic wear on the paint and interior comes with prior service.
What size is it, and how much can it store?
You get about 300 square feet of insulated floor across its 40ft length and 8ft width, with high cube height above it. Bulk chilled or frozen stock on pallets fits in long rows.
What power supply does it need?
The refrigeration unit runs on a 3-phase supply. Where 3-phase utility is not on site, a diesel generator (genset) sized to the machinery can power it instead.
How does delivery work for a reefer?
Delivery is by tilt-bed truck: the bed tilts and the reefer slides off at ground level, so a crane or forklift usually isn't needed. We check your access ahead of time, and a heavy or wide 40ft unit may need a crane.
