What a refrigerated container is
A refrigerated container (reefer) is an insulated steel container with a built-in cooling unit that holds a set temperature. Reefers are used for food, produce, pharmaceuticals, and any stock that can't sit at ambient temperature.

What to plan before delivery
A reefer needs a power supply that matches its cooling unit. Confirm the unit's electrical requirements with us before you order and have an electrician check your site. Set the unit on firm, level ground so the doors seal properly, and leave space around the cooling unit for airflow and servicing.
Used or new
A used reefer costs less up front. A new unit comes with its cooling equipment unused. Each product page states the condition. If you're not sure which suits your load, request a quote and tell us what you'll store and at what temperature.
