It works as a site office, gatehouse, event booth, or backyard workspace. The 7ft x 7ft plan fits where a full-size cabin will not, and a lockable door and vandal-resistant steel keep it secure.
What footprint does the 7ft x 7ft office take up?
The plan is 7ft x 7ft, 49 sq ft outside. That is room for a desk and equipment, but inside figures are not listed, so ask for them before planning furniture.
What does vandal-resistant mean for this small office?
The listing describes vandal-resistant steel panels and a lockable door. Specifics such as shutters are not listed, so ask about security features in the quote.
What condition is the 7ft x 7ft office, and how does it ship?
Condition is used, and each unit is inspected and graded before shipping. The office comes down from a tilt-bed (roll-off) truck at ground level, and site access gets checked beforehand.

It connects to power, and the interior is finished for a desk and equipment. Ask about modifications such as heating in the quote, and we price them alongside the unit.
