Shiplap office interior and climate control
The shell is lined with shiplap and sprayed with closed-cell foam, and it has LED lights and several outlets. A 36in walk door and two windows serve access and light, while a 12,000 BTU mini-split heats and cools the space.

Frequently asked questions
What is the slate gray shiplap container office used for?
It is a finished on-site office with a shiplap interior, LED lighting, and a 12,000 BTU mini-split for heating and cooling. The 36in walk door and two windows add light and access.
What is inside the 20ft shiplap office container?

What does new and one-trip mean for this office?
New and one-trip means the shell made a single shipping journey before it was fitted out. Every unit is inspected and graded before it ships. The spray foam runs under the floor too.
What power does the 12,000 BTU mini-split office need?
The office runs on standard 120V power from a single extension plug, including the mini-split. Confirm the available supply on site before ordering.
How is the slate gray office container delivered?
A tilt-bed (roll-off) truck slides the unit off at ground level. We check site access first, since a tight approach or awkward placement may need a crane.
