Frequently asked questions
Can the 20ft custom container work as an office and a tiny home?
Yes, it is listed for a backyard office, a studio, or a turn-key tiny home on a 20ft shell. It is fully equipped inside, so confirm the exact fit-out for the intended use before ordering.
What is the size and room layout of the 20ft custom container?
The shell is 20ft long, converted into a finished, fully equipped space with a utility connection. The listing gives no room-by-room layout, so ask us for the floor plan in the quote.
What was refurbished on the 20ft custom office and tiny home?
The shell was reconditioned and fitted out to a finished standard. Every unit is inspected and graded before it ships. Ask for the specific fit-out details of this unit in the quote.
Does tiny-home use of this container need permits?
Using the container as a tiny home would likely bring zoning, permit, and utility rules, while office use is treated differently. Because rules vary by location, the local authority is the place to check before siting. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
What fit-out changes can be requested for this 20ft custom unit?
Ask about modifications in the quote. The container can be fitted with changes such as windows, doors, insulation, or electrical for office or living use, and the free quote itemizes each one.
