Is the 20ft white car hauler moved the same way as a container?

The 20ft white hauler travels on its own wheels, so there is no tilt-bed truck or crane involved. Delivery gets quoted to the buyer's address, with scheduling arranged after the quote, and the drop-off point is checked beforehand.
