Frequently asked questions

How many horses does this 17ft gooseneck trailer carry?
Three. The 17ft box has a 7ft interior height listed for horses up to 21 hands, so horse height matters as much as head count. Ask us to confirm the stall layout before buying.
Does this trailer need a gooseneck-capable truck?
Yes. It couples to a gooseneck hitch mounted in the truck bed. With a 10,400lb GVWR, the truck, hitch rating, and brake controller all need to match the loaded weight.
What should be expected from a used 2018 gooseneck trailer?
It is used, so expect normal wear. Every unit is inspected and graded before it ships, and the gallery shows this individual trailer. Ask about the floor, frame, brakes, and lights if the photos leave doubts.
What should be checked before buying this 3-horse trailer?
Check the pressure-treated wood floor, steel frame, aluminum skin, escape door, axles, tires, and coupler. The 5,200lb axles and 16in tires carry a 3,800lb empty weight. Ask us about any detail the photos miss.
